The frame is made of Q345B high-strength manganese steel and is welded to form. The main beam is thickened to 16mm, and the thickness of the longitudinal beam's belly is optimized to 500mm. It is designed with a 60-ton rated load capacity, ensuring that it will not deform under long-term heavy loads.

The overall vehicle height is only 1.2 meters, and the gap between the platform and the ground is ≤ 1.1 meters. It is equipped with a double-spring ladder and a hydraulic support device. Without the need for additional auxiliary equipment, large machinery such as excavators and loaders can be driven onto/off the platform by themselves, significantly improving loading and unloading efficiency and reducing labor costs.

Equipped with Fuhua/BPW brand 13-ton truck axles, with scientifically distributed wheelbase (1310 + 1310 mm), combined with 8-plate reinforced steel plate suspension, the axle load is evenly distributed, the turning radius is ≤ 12 meters. Even when fully loaded, it can maintain stable operation and handle complex road conditions with ease.

Standard equipment includes ABS anti-lock system, automatic adjustment arm, emergency tire blowout device. The braking response speed is improved by 30%. The surface undergoes shot blasting rust removal + cathodic electrophoretic coating + high-temperature paint treatment. The salt spray test lasts for over 1000 hours.
