A: Standard fence/flatbed semi-trailer: 12-15 days (7-10 days for production+queuing/painting/debugging)
Box type/warehouse grille/side curtain semi-trailer: 15-25 days (multiple processes for box panel, sealing, and interior)
Low tablet semi-trailer (regular): 20 days
Self dumping/backflip/side flip semi-trailer: 20-25 days (with complex hydraulic and lifting structures)
Tank type (oil tank/powder tank) semi-trailer: 25-30 days (tank body welding, flaw detection, anti-corrosion)
Large/multi axis/pull-out low flat plate: 30-45 days (heavy structure, multi bridge, customized beam)
Export customization (including certification): 30-60 days (drawing confirmation, inspection, overseas announcement)

Q: How long does the warranty cover?
A: 1 year/2 years (excluding vulnerable parts)
1 year (12 months): Most common and frequently used (ordinary flat/fence/box type semi-trailer exit)
2 years (24 months): High end configuration, long-term cooperation, major customers, commonly used brand axles (such as BPW)

Q: Is packaging and transportation safety the standard?
A: Our trailers undergo full rust prevention treatment before export, and the detachable components are individually packaged and labeled; Adopting national standard compliant binding, each unit is equipped with ≥ 4 sets of fastening points, wheel pads with wooden wedges and parking brakes, and is fully powered off and leak proof to ensure zero loss during sea transportation.

A: We have established professional after-sales service stations in Tanzania, Guinea, Mali and Côte d'Ivoire to provide timely local support and spare parts supply for our customers.
