1. 2. When disassembling the traction seat for inspection, pay attention to checking for cracks and severe wear on the traction seat itself. If there are cracks or severe wear that deforms or makes the traction seat too thin, a new part should be replaced; Check the lock hole and use the traction pin for fitting inspection. If the wear exceeds the limit, resulting in a large fitting gap, it can be welded and processed to the required size for repair. The lock hook, lock block, and wear-resistant ring can also be replaced for repair; Check the clearance between the support and the body. If the fit is loose, replace the rubber elastic shaft sleeve; Check the locking mechanism. The detachment and attachment should be smooth and crisp. The safety device should be stable and reliable. If there are any abnormalities, check the locking hook tension spring and the numbered handle tension spring. Check the safety mechanism. If the spring elasticity weakens, replace it with a new one.

The inspection and maintenance of the dual axle traction seat should not only complete the same items as the single axle traction seat, but also pay attention to the following points:
1. Check the overall horizontal and vertical axes. If there is deformation or severe wear, it should be welded and processed to the required size, repaired or replaced with new parts to ensure that the traction seat can flexibly swing horizontally and vertically, and the clearance should meet the standards.
2. Check the lateral swing angle and the buffer device on both sides. If the lateral swing angle is too large, adjust it through the wedge-shaped blocks on both sides. If the buffer spring or rubber block ages, replace it with a new one.
