1. Product positioning and core design
Core Positioning: This heavy-duty special semi-trailer combines tracked mobility, smart electronic control and high-efficiency self-dumping. It's an upgraded version of regular tire-type dump semi-trailers, built specifically for moving and unloading heavy bulk materials on rough, unpaved roads and harsh terrain.Core Design: We've scrapped the traditional lift-style dumping setup, and instead use a tracked conveyor belt paired with a hydraulic push plate for unloading, along with a low ground pressure tracked chassis. Low Ground Pressure Track Chassis: Our tracked chassis has low ground pressure and a wide contact area with the ground, which spreads out heavy load pressure evenly. It never gets stuck or slips on tough terrain-whether it's soft soil, mud, steep slopes, swamps or gravel roads-and can climb angles over 30°, way better than regular tire-type semi-trailers.High-Strength Track Configuration: It comes standard with wear-resistant rubber tracks (great for soft ground, so it won't damage the surface), and you can opt for steel tracks if you're working on abrasive hard ground like mining gravel pits. The tracks adjust tension automatically, so they handle bumpy, uneven roads easily and stay stable on the move.
3.Intelligent unloading system and operational safety
Non-Lift Combined Unloading: We use a built-in tracked conveyor belt and hydraulic push plate for unloading-no need to lift the cargo box at all. The push plate feeds materials evenly onto the conveyor belt to get the job done, which completely gets rid of the rollover risk that plagues traditional lift-type dumpers, so operation is totally safe.Smart Dual-Mode Control: You can operate it with one click from the cab or use a wireless remote. You can fine-tune the unloading speed and start/stop as needed, and the remote works up to 50 meters away. This keeps drivers far from dust and falling debris, and a single person can handle the entire unloading process on their own.
4.Vehicle configuration and operational comfort
Heavy-Duty Protection Features: We build the cargo compartment with wear-resistant manganese steel, and add anti-slip, wear-resistant liners to the inner walls to handle material impact and prevent wear over time. The compartment also has standard sealed edges, which keep dust from escaping during unloading-meeting environmental rules and cutting down on dust pollution.Smart Monitoring System: There's an on-board electronic screen that shows key data in real time, like unloading speed, how much it's carrying, track tension, and hydraulic pressure. It automatically warns you if something's wrong, too. If you work in tricky conditions, you can add optional 360° surround view and blind spot monitoring to make operations even safer.
