Lifting operation and precautions of tank type dump truck
1. Vehicle lifting operation sequence: Open the car canopy or trunk lid - Open the rear door locking device - Step on the clutch while the gearbox is in neutral and wait for 5 seconds - Engage the power take-off - Shift to low gear (below 4th gear) - Place the pneumatic valve handle in the up position - Release the clutch. The vehicle starts lifting, and the engine throttle can be pressed appropriately but must be controlled within 1500 revolutions per minute - When the cylinder reaches a large stroke or the limit valve is activated, place the pneumatic valve handle in the center stop position.
2. Vehicle descent operation sequence: press the clutch and wait for 5 seconds - disengage the power take-off - disengage the transmission gear - release the clutch - slowly turn the pneumatic valve handle from the center stop position to the descent position - wait for 30 seconds after the trunk is fully lowered to place the pneumatic valve handle in the center stop position.
