It comes with a dual-compartment design, plus three layers of high-density air-permeable fabric-can empty a full 40-cubic-meter tank in only 3 minutes. Residue after unloading is as low as 0.3%, which is 50% more efficient than regular single-compartment fluidized beds. It gets rid of problems such as powder bridging and discharge jams, cutting down wait times on construction sites.

The valve core's crafted from Cr12MoV wear-resistant alloy, and after nitriding treatment, its surface hardness hits HRC60 and up. It can handle a smooth 100,000 open-and-close cycles no problem. Match that with a dual-lip seal structure, and it's totally powder-tight even under 0.8MPa pressure – even if you're hauling in the rain, your materials stay dry and never clump up.

We line the tank's inner wall with a 3mm nano-ceramic composite plate – it's four times more wear-resistant than regular Q345R steel. Even if you're loading and unloading abrasive stuff like cement and fly ash day in and day out, the inner wall wears down less than 0.2mm a year. No need to replace the lining for five whole years, slashing your tank maintenance costs big time.

The support legs have a dual hydraulic locking mechanism, with 80kN of locking force. Along with mechanical safety pins, they don't shift when transporting on bumpy mountain roads or surfaces with a roll angle of ≤15°. An extra anti-misoperation electromagnetic lock is fitted on the tank door – you have to unlock it twice when parking to unload, preventing material spillage from mishandling.
